1.2 Before a project manager takes action, he or she must understand the system and its relationship to the environment. Describe the system’s viewpoint of management and distinguish between this viewpoint and the classical and behavioural viewpoints or approaches (hint: see 4th Edition of prescribed book – Nicholas, JM & Steyn, H. 2012, pages 19 – 20, Sections 1.1 & 1.2).
