The doctor ordered the immediate treatment of the condition with t-PA (tissue plasminogen activator). Discuss the reason. (5) 3.2. Patient B has had their stomach removed which has led to the development of a vitamin deficiency. What vitamin could he be deficient of and what condition of the blood is he likely to develop? (5) 3.3. Naomi has had a heart transplant. The surgeon sends him home with immunosuppressant drugs which he will be taking for the rest of his life. Why would this be?
