Read the case study below and answer the questions that follow. All your answers should be based on
the case study.
Mr Ndlovu entered Mrs Dlamini’s pharmacy and removed an undisclosed amount of medication. All
attempts to arrest Mr Ndlovu by the security guards failed. Mrs Dlamini has no insurance for the stock.
Mr Jwarha, a security guard at the mall, confirms suspicious activities during the incident.
