INTRODUCTION
Background
Drug use and substance abuse among students in schools has become an alarming
issue in recent years. The local school district has reported an increase in drug-related
incidents, such as students being found in possession of drugs or exhibiting behaviors
indicative of substance abuse. This issue not only poses a threat to the well-being and
academic success of individual students but also undermines the overall safety and
educational environment of the schools.
