Background of the Organization
For this assignment, I interviewed a medium-sized technology company in South Africa.
The name of the company is not included to protect the privacy of the business and its
employees. The company develops software and has been operating for about eight
years. It has 85 employees working in different departments, including software
development, quality assurance, project management, sales, and human resources.
The company mainly creates custom Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for
businesses in the manufacturing and logistics industries.
The company works in a fast-changing and highly competitive industry where new
