SECTION A: INTEGRATED REPORT

The following seven questions are based on PEPKOR Holdings Limited’s
integrated annual report (IAR) for 2022. You need to download the report
to answer the questions.

Instructions

Download and save the IAR on your desktop or in a folder, so that you can access it
easily. Once you have saved the IAR, open the report and answer the questions.

Each question refers to a heading and a page number. Page numbers refer to the
page number as indicated on the integrated report (top right). You do NOT have to
read the entire report; only refer to the specified sections.

We advise you to work with the electronic version of the integrated report, as it is
a lengthy document to print. Work on a laptop or computer, so that you can easily
openand navigate between two windows/browsers.

Question 1

Refer to the report on page 46 of the IAR and identify the level of the manager
who wrote this report.

The manager who wrote the report is Riaan Hanekom, who holds the position of
Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is indicated at the bottom of the “Normalised
results” section on page 46 of the Integrated Annual Report (IAR).
