1. Write a short paragraph in which you describe what is depicted on the cartoon.
The cartoon shows learners sitting under a tree while a teacher conducts a lesson using
minimal resources. There are no desks or classroom buildings, only a book and chart. A
board attached to the tree reads “Right to Education,” suggesting a contradiction
between policy and reality. This visual representation shows the poor state of education
in some rural or underprivileged areas.
