1. Advise Kenzo whether he can prevent Lungi from using the VERSIONVIEW mark in
relation to television screens under the private law of competition.
2. Advise Kenzo whether he can prevent Lungi from using the VERSIONVIEW mark in
relation to television screens under the Trademarks Act 194 of 1993.
