Introduction

In this assignment, I learned about two important strategies that businesses use: the
Red Ocean strategy and the Blue Ocean strategy. These strategies help businesses
decide how to grow and compete in the market. The Red Ocean strategy is about
competing in markets where many businesses are already fighting for customers, while
the Blue Ocean strategy is about creating new, open spaces where there is no
