Task
Based on your discipline and topic, write a coherent essay which addresses the following
elements of a research proposal.
• Provide a title (not more than 14 words). • Write the background to your problem
statement (1200 words). • Formulate a problem statement, the central research question
and (at most 3) subluestions (300 words). • Provide a rationale and explain the significance
of the central question (300 words). • Describe the aims of the research (100 words).
