INSTRUCTIONS
1. General instruction
Note that you must obtain at least 40% for this assignment to be
admitted into the May/June examination. It is important that you
study the material and answer the assignment to the best of your
ability.
2. Specific instructions
There are four (4) questions in this assignment.
The last question is a TRUE or FALSE question, you must substantiate
your choice/answer by legislative provision, case law, Monographs
statements (CELP 1-4).
You must answer ALL the questions.
