Question

The governing body of Hoërskool Erasmus, east of Bloemfontein, was forced by the provincial department of education to accept 42 black English-speaking learners in 2014. The governing body contends that it is an exclusively Afrikaans school and was bullied into accommodating the learners even though it did not have the necessary capacity to provide for them.
