Mr.Z is a newly qualified teacher and he applied for a teaching position at Lotanang secondary school. He attached hisSACE conditional registration when applying for the position which was expired. He performed well in the interview was appointed. A month following his appointment he was requested to submit the renewed SACE certificate. He

immediately went to SACE offices to renew his certificate. Since the certificate had expired three months ago, he

requested the officials at the SACE office to back date his application to the previous three months to make him havvalid SACE certificate when assuming his position.

Ms. Kijima had been teaching for almost thirty years and a popular coach for several sports. She is well known for heconcern for the welfare of her students. Since the high school has limited resources to accommodate practices and

games for some of its
