How do these sayings help teach right from wrong or guide people’s behaviour in your community? Use examples to explain your answer. (10 marks). 2.3 Consider how Ubuntu has shaped how people in your community treat strangers or offer help, kindness, or support. Give specific examples of when you’ve seen this spirit in action. (10 marks). Question 3 – Essay-Type Question (50 Marks) Suggested length: ±800–1000 words. Write an essay about the concept of Ubuntu and discuss if it is still relevant today. Use your personal experiences, current social issues, and examples from Units 3, 4, and 5 to support your ideas. You are encouraged to use real-life examples from your community, your own life, or local events. Structure your essay with an introduction, main body paragraphs, and a conclusion. (50 marks).
